About this model
Plan geometry (walls, columns, doors, windows, stair, verandas, furniture symbols) was measured from the vector
drawings in floor-plans/ and is dimensionally faithful to them.
The drawings don't give heights, so these values are assumed: floor-to-floor 10′-0″, slab 5″, plinth 6″,
door and window heads 7′-0″, window sills 3′-0″, toilet vents at 5′-6″, terrace parapets 3′-6″.
Labels in italics are spaces the drawings leave unnamed. Finishes and colours are only illustrative.
No stair room is drawn above the studio, so the stair core is just roofed over at that level.
